SOUTHEAST UNIVERSITY

Southeast University (SEU) is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in China, whose origin can be traced back to 1902. Now Southeast University has developed into a comprehensive university with a focus on engineering, boasting 30 schools or departments with 76 undergraduate disciplines in all. It also has 30 post-doctoral stations, and offers 30 PhD programs and 49 Master's programs; it holds a national lead in material science and engineering, electronic science and technology, information and communication engineering, control science and engineering, computer science and technology, architecture, civil engineering, transportation engineering, biological and medical engineering, landscape architecture, art theory, and, etc.

Southeast University has more than 2800 faculty, including 1900 professors and associate professors, 12 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Academy of Engineering. At present, the number of the full-time students is over 30000, of whom more than 15000 are postgraduates. 

In the development of Southeast University, international cooperation & exchanges play an important role. There are nearly 2000 international students from more than 100 countries studying in SEU, over 70% of whom are degree students. Besides, three Confucius Institutes has already established by SEU in U.S.A. and The Republic of Belarus.

SOUTHEAST UNIVERSITY

Southeast University has four campuses, all in Nanjing. One is Sipailou Campus, in Chenxian Street 90. The second is Dingjiaqiao Campus, in Dingjiaqiao 87, Gulou. The third is Jiulonghu Campus, in Southeast University, Jiangning District. The last is Pukou Campus, in 6 Road East Taishan New Community. Apartment for International Students is in the first three campus, the accommodation's  price is approximately 16-61 RMB/Day, most 33 RMB/Day.
