1. Objectives
Students of the major shall face the frontier areas of business management theory and practical development, firmly master the basic theories and methods of modern management, principles of economics, business management, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques for investment projects, enterprises, industries, regions and macroeconomics. Students shall be familiar with China's corporate management, industrial investment, scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship related measures, policies and regulations, and related industrial practices and rules, and focus on the theoretical and practical study of the general rules of industrial and commercial enterprise project planning and investment and financing, venture capital, equity investment and innovation and entrepreneurship activities; master the basic knowledge of cross-border management, international business and business negotiation, business management basic skills, and be familiar with international business rules and practices. Students shall be cultivated to work on the comprehensive management positions for planning and investment management departments of state organs and various enterprises and institutions, banks or non-bank investment institutions, innovation and entrepreneurship services and management institutions, foreign-funded enterprises and foreign-related enterprises. They shall become high-level business management practice talents who have spirits of innovation and entrepreneurship, practical ability, an international vision, research ability, solid foundation and strong plasticity.
2. Requirements
The major is aimed at serving the needs of national and local economic and social development. It adheres to the scientific, innovative and open educational concept, and uses indoor and practical teaching as a means to enable students to master the basics of economics, management, innovation, entrepreneurship, investment and international business. Students shall master the ability to apply the theory of the major and related technical methods to analyze and solve practical problems in the field.
Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:
2.1. Master the basic theories and methods of management, economics, and modern business management.
2.2. Master the qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques of corporate management.
2.3. Be Familiar with the relevant measures, policies and regulations of corporate management and investment management in China.
2.4. Have basic skills in interpersonal communication and analysis to solve practical problems in business management.
2.5. Have strong self-learning ability and master the ability and method of independent acquisition, digestion and application of new knowledge.
2.6. Have strong analytical ability to solve practical problems and strong information collection and processing and computer application capabilities
2.7. Basically master a foreign language, be able to read foreign books and periodicals of the major, and have certain international academic communication skills.

4. Features and directions
Features: On the basis of comprehensively mastering the basic theories and skills of business administration, students shall be cultivated to get employed in the planning, investment and financing, venture capital, equity investment departments in industrial and commercial enterprises, and be cultivated to have innovative entrepreneurial services and management capabilities; With basic theory and skills of international business management, students shall be cultivated to get employed in foreign trade and economic management departments, foreign-funded enterprises and institutions in international business management; academically, we emphasize the coverage of basic theories and methodology and the application of analytical tools in order to pave the path and lay a solid foundation for students' career development.

7. Qualification standards for graduation
7.1. Have a good ideological and moral quality, conform to the college's moral education and sports requirements.
7.2. Pass all the courses specified in the program, and obtain the total credits of 162 required by the major, of which the theoretical courses are 142 credits and the practical courses are 20 credits.
7.3. Obtain 8 credits for the extracurricular training program.

Admission Requirements
1. The applicant is a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport.
2. 18-30 years old, have graduated from high school, in good health.
3. For Chinese-taught programs, The language proficiency requires HSK Level 4≥180.
★The Chinese-taught Clinical Medicine Program requires HSK level 5 with a score of 180 or above; high school biology and chemistry with a score of 90 or above (or A), and other courses with a score of 80 (or B) or above , and pass an interview organized by the college.
★The Chinese-taught Diplomacy Program requires HSK level 5 with a score of 180 or above; TOEFL 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT), 79 (IBT) or IELTS 6.0 or above.
★The Chinese-taught Study at Spring Semester, International Economics and Trade 2+2, Chinese language: Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages Programs requires HSK level 4 with a score of 240 or above
4. For English-taught programs, The language proficiency requires TOEFL≥70 or IELTS≥6.0 or other English proficiency scores.
★The English-taught Clinical Medicine (MBBS) program requires IELTS academic (no less than 6.0 in total and no less than 5.0 in each item), or TOEFL (Internet based test with no less than 70 points and no less than 15 points in each item) or other equivalent proof of English test scores; Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with a score of 70 (or C) or above, and pass the interview organized by the college.

2. Senior high school diploma (original copy or notarized copy). Graduating high school students can provide pre-graduation certificate, after being admitted, the original must be submitted.
3. Transcript for all the courses in senior high school (original copy or notarized copy).
4. HSK certificate (for Chinese-taught program applicants), after being admitted, the original must be submitted.
5. TOEFL/IELTS or other score report of English language test (for English-taught program applicants, whose native language is not English), after being admitted, the original need to be submitted.
6. Scanned-copy of award-winning Certificates related to academic courses during your senior high school period. (If any)
7. Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens or one/both of the parents are Chinese should submit (1) current citizenship certificate (2) Exit and Entry Record on passport, from April 30,2017 to April 30, 2021.
8. Applicants under 18 (by September 1,2021) should submit (1) Letter of Guarantee, the guardian must be an adult living in Changchun (2) notarized Authorization Letter written by parents.
