1. Objectives

The major is aimed to cultivate senior interdisciplinary talents of business administration and financial accounting with innovation spirits, practical ability and international vision, who meet the needs of socialist modernization and future social economic and scientific and technological development, have harmonious development of morality, intelligence, physical body and aesthetics, as well as a healthy personality, bear conscience and social responsibility, are innovative, practical and international, possess sound professional knowledge of economics, management, accounting, financial management, are familiar with the laws and regulations and accounting standards related to the management of industrial and commercial enterprises, accounting work and financial markets in China, and can further study in relevant majors, or are competent in accounting and financial departments in enterprises and administrative institutions.

2. Requirements

Students of the major shall master the basic knowledge of accounting and financial management, accept the basic training in financial and accounting decision analysis, and aim at serving the major needs of national and local economic and social development. We are committed to being scientific, innovative and open. The major uses indoor teaching and practical teaching as a means to enable students to master the basic knowledge in economy, management, accounting, etc., and to have the ability to apply the theory and related technical methods to analyze and solve practical problems.

Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:

2.1. Master the basic theories, methods and skills in economics, management, accounting, and finance.

2.2. Be familiar with the laws, regulations and accounting standards of accounting, finance, taxation and financial affairs in China.

2.3. Master the skills of accounting, management and control, and understand the theoretical frontiers and development dynamism of the accounting and financial disciplines.

2.4. Have strong linguistic and literary expression, interpersonal communication, access to information, and the ability to analyze and solve practical problems in business management, financial management, and financial affairs.

2.5. Have a strong self-learning ability, master the ability and method of independent acquisition, digestion and application of new knowledge, master financial management, financial qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.

2.6. Have a strong ability of analyzing and solving practical problems, information collection and processing and computer application, and be able to meet the needs of corporate accounting informationization, master the basic methods of literature retrieval and data query, and have scientific research and practical work ability.

2.7. Basically master a foreign language, be able to read foreign books and periodicals of the major, and have certain international academic communication skills.

4. Features and directions

Students of the major shall have a knowledge base of management and economics, systematically master the knowledge of CPA, including financial decision-making and management theory and methods, basic accounting, basic methods and skills, cost and management accounting, the accounting system development and design, tax law, financial statement analysis, auditing, strategy and risk management. Students shall also have the ability to engage in business administration and financial accounting through case study and practical teaching. The major is characterized by "orientation of management, practice, operation and future", and aims to cultivate comprehensive management talents with reasonable knowledge structure, strong practical ability, high professional ethics, international vision, business and management skills. Students shall have an extensive knowledge base in management and economics, and master the theories of financial management, accounting, corporate finance, advanced financial management, financial markets and financial institutions, internal control and risk management, and investment banking and fixed income securities, master the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods in financial affairs, and be able to continue their study in relevant majors, or to work in the financial departments of financial institutions, enterprises and public institutions.

Four years in general.

6. Award of degree

Bachelor of Management.

7. Qualification standards for graduation

7.1．Have a good ideological and moral quality, conform to the college's moral education and sports requirements.

7.2．Passallthecourses specified in the program, and obtain the total credits of 162 required by the major, of which the theoretical courses are 142 credits and the practical courses are 20 credits.

7.3．Obtain 8 credits for the extracurricular training program.
