General visiting students programs for Science
Non DegreeThe program lasts one semester or more. All majors included in degree programs are open to foreign students. Foreign students will take classes together with undergraduates, as well as obtain certificates and study reports upon the completion of the term.
Duration: one semester or more
Beginning: In early September or mid February
Eligibility
1. High school qualification or above with valid foreign passport.
2. HSK-4 over 180 for programs of Chinese language department, HSK-5 over 180 or above for other programs.
3. Guardian's Letter of Guarantee is required for applicants under 18 years old.
Documents required:
1. Application form (fill online)
2. High school diploma and transcript ·The original one must be in Chinese or English with official stamps of the high school or authorized educational institute or notarized copy in notarized Chinese or English translation.
* Graduating students should provide a certificate of impending graduation.
3. Photocopy of valid HSK certificate with a passing score of 180 or above. HSK-4 for program English (for overseas students), for International College of Chinese Studies. HSK-5 or above for other majors.

5. Letter of self-recommendation (500-800 words, except for applicants of International English and School of International Chinese Studies)
6. For applicants of School of design, a video of self-introduction and design procedure will be needed.
7. Applicants of Dept. of Fine Art must submit latest original art works. Interview will be needed for applicants of School of International Chinese Studies, Faculty of Education, Department of Music, English for overseas students.
8. Guardian's Letter of Guarantee is required for applicants under 18 years old.
