BachelorPROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
1. Objectives
The major is aimed to cultivate applied high-level talents who meet the needs of socialist modernization and the future development of society and science and technology, have the harmonious development of morality, intelligence, physical body and aesthetics, as well as a healthy personality, master the basic theories and methods of modern management science, economics and modern corporate management, systematically learn and master the basic theories, methods and techniques of modern human resource management, and engage in human resource development and management in various enterprises and public institutions, governmental bodies at all levels and other organizations.
2. Requirements
Students of the major shall master the basic knowledge of management and human resource management, accept basic training in human resource management, master the knowledge and skills of human resource planning, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary management and labor relations.
Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:
2.1. Master the basic theories and methods of management, economics, and modern corporate governance.
2.2. Master the qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques of corporate governance.
2.3. Be familiar with the relevant measures, policies and regulations of corporate governance and investment management in China.
2.4. Have basic skills in interpersonal communication and analysis to solve practical problems in corporate governance.
2.5. Have a strong self-learning ability and master the ability and method of independent acquisition, digestion and application of new knowledge.
2.6. Have a strong analytical ability to solve practical problems and strong information collection and processing and computer application capabilities
2.7.Basically master a foreign language, be able to read foreign books and periodicals of the major, and have certain international academic communication skills.
3. Major discipline and core courses
Major discipline: Management
Core courses: Management, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Economic Statistics, Basic Accounting, Corporate Strategy Management, Financial Management, Marketing, International Business Management, Operations Research, Economic Law.
Main practices: Engineering training, management understanding internship, basic accounting simulation experiment, innovation and entrepreneurship simulation training, international business simulation experiment, graduation thesis of human resource management .
Major experiments: Human resource management scenario simulation experiment.
4. Features and directions
Students of the major shall have a knowledge base of management and economics, systematically master modern human resource management knowledge, including human resource training and development, organizational design, performance evaluation, wage management, leadership and communication, and have the ability to engage in corporate human resource management through case study and practice teaching.
5. Period of schooling
Four years in general.
6. Award of degree
Bachelor of Management.
7. Qualification standards for graduation
7.1 Have a good ideological and moral quality, conform to the college's moral education and sports requirements.
7.2 Pass all the courses specified in the program, and obtain the total credits of 163 required by the major, of which the theoretical courses are 143 credits and the practical courses are 20 credits.
7.3 Complete 8 credits for the extracurricular training program.

Admission Requirements
1. The applicant is a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport.
2. 18-30 years old, have graduated from high school, in good health.
3. For Chinese-taught programs, The language proficiency requires HSK Level 4≥180.
★The Chinese-taught Clinical Medicine Program requires HSK level 5 with a score of 180 or above; high school biology and chemistry with a score of 90 or above (or A), and other courses with a score of 80 (or B) or above , and pass an interview organized by the college.
★The Chinese-taught Diplomacy Program requires HSK level 5 with a score of 180 or above; TOEFL 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT), 79 (IBT) or IELTS 6.0 or above.
★The Chinese-taught Study at Spring Semester, International Economics and Trade 2+2, Chinese language: Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages Programs requires HSK level 4 with a score of 240 or above
4. For English-taught programs, The language proficiency requires TOEFL≥70 or IELTS≥6.0 or other English proficiency scores.
★The English-taught Clinical Medicine (MBBS) program requires IELTS academic (no less than 6.0 in total and no less than 5.0 in each item), or TOEFL (Internet based test with no less than 70 points and no less than 15 points in each item) or other equivalent proof of English test scores; Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with a score of 70 (or C) or above, and pass the interview organized by the college.

2. Senior high school diploma (original copy or notarized copy). Graduating high school students can provide pre-graduation certificate, after being admitted, the original must be submitted.
3. Transcript for all the courses in senior high school (original copy or notarized copy).
4. HSK certificate (for Chinese-taught program applicants), after being admitted, the original must be submitted.
5. TOEFL/IELTS or other score report of English language test (for English-taught program applicants, whose native language is not English), after being admitted, the original need to be submitted.
6. Scanned-copy of award-winning Certificates related to academic courses during your senior high school period. (If any)
7. Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens or one/both of the parents are Chinese should submit (1) current citizenship certificate (2) Exit and Entry Record on passport, from April 30,2017 to April 30, 2021.
8. Applicants under 18 (by September 1,2021) should submit (1) Letter of Guarantee, the guardian must be an adult living in Changchun (2) notarized Authorization Letter written by parents.
9. Remittance receipt of the application fee. (If any）

1. Application documents in other languages must be translated in Chinese or English and notarized.
2. Application materials and application fee will NOT be returned regardless of the result of application.
3. Jilin University may ask the applicants to submit supplementary materials or take a telephone/video interview or written examination if necessary.
