Intermediate Chinese Language Program (HSK Training and Foundation Program)
Non DegreePROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
The programs are specially designed for international students who want to study Chinese language for more than one semester, or to pass HSK.
Core Courses
Reading and Writing, Speaking, Listening, Chinese Comprehensive, HSK Tutorial, Outline of China and so on.
Elective Courses
Chinese Culture, Business Chinese, Tourism Chinese, Taiji, Chinese Kungfu, Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Painting, Chinese Paper-cutting, Chinese Tea Culture, Chinese Songs and so on.
Program-related field trips, such as visits, tours, sightseeing, are to be organized once each semester for long-term students.

Spring Semester: From October to February
Autumn Semester: From April to August
Qualification for Application
1. Non-Chinese Nationality or Citizenship in good physical and mental health.
2. Age of 18 and under 30. For the applicants under 18, please submit the Certificate of Guardianship.
3.Academic Requirements:
-Bachelor Program: Diploma of Senior High School
-Master Program: Bachelor's degree
4. Language Proficiency Requirements:
-Program offered in Chinese: HSK 4 above 180 or HSK 5 above 180 (depending on majors)
-Program offered in English: Good English language proficiency. For those whose native language is not English, please provide score report of English language test (e.g. TOEFFL (score 61 or above)/IELTS (score 5.5 or above)/other National Certificate)

11.Certificate of Bank Saving of no less than 5000 U.S. Dollars (Applicant's or Guardian's)

4. Accommodation:
- University Hotel: RMB 300 to RMB 500/day (Double Room); Standard Hotel Room, equipped with television, phone, air-conditioner, water heater, furniture, bedding, access to internet (no extra fee).
- School Dormitory (On Campus): RMB 8.000/year (2 to 4 people share); Equipped with air-conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine. Water, electricity and internet fee not covered.
- Apartment (Off Campus): RMB 2.500/month (Double Room to Triple Room); One Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, equipped with air-conditioner, washing machine, water heater, furniture, bedding, access to internet. Water, electricity and internet fee not covered.
