Qualifications:

1. High school diploma and above.

2. Non-Chinese citizens who hold a foreign passport and comply with the relevant regulations set by the “Document No. 12 (2020) of Ministry of Education of the PRC ".

3. Physically and mentally healthy.

4. Applicants under 18 years old (Per September) should provide a letter of guarantee for their guardian in China (notarization required).

Application Documents:

2. Recent passport size photo, with the following format: Recent full-faced passport size photo (the head occupies 70% of the size of the photo); the aspect ratio is 4:3; white background without borders; the size is 100-500KB (*.jpg,*.jpeg). (bit.ly/ContohPhoto)

3. Language Certificates

- English Taught: IELTS with an overall score of 5.5/6.0 or TOEFL IBT 85 (different for each university)

- Chinese Taught: HSK 4-6 (levels and minimum scores are different for each major and university)

4. High school diploma (for bachelor degree) and Bachelor or Master diploma (for master and doctoral degree), hasn’t graduated students should provide an official statement from your high school or university as proof of graduation (Pre-Graduation Statement). 5. High school transcripts (for bachelor degree) and university transcripts (for master and doctoral degree), page sorted in 1 file. Please contact your school to get ‘1 sheet’ kinds of transcripts. (bit.ly/ContohOnePageTranscript)

6. 2 (two) recommendation letters from your teachers in high school (for bachelor degree) and two university professors (for master and doctoral degrees) along with letterhead and stamp from the school. 8. Additional requirements that apply vary from university to university, for example:

- Entrance Examination / Interview.

2. Tuition:

Bachelor's Degree Program in Chinese:

• RMB 15,000/year for the following majors: Science, Engineering, Literature, Management
• RMB 18,000/year for the following majors: Art Design

Bachelor’s Degree Program in English:

• RMB 16,000/academic year for English-taught bachelor majors of International Economics & Trade and International Business.
• RMB 18,000/academic year for English-taught bachelor majors of Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Information and Computational Science, Food Science and Engineering, Communication Engineering,Digital Media Technology,Robotics Engineering,Applied Physics, Vehicle Engineering, Data Science&Big Data Technology

3. Books and Learning Materials: It will depend on the real price of books delivered (about RMB 300-600 per semester).

4. Insurance Fee: RMB 400 for half an academic year or RMB 800 for a full academic year; all students are required to purchase insurance.

5. Accommodation: Each room contains a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf, air conditioner, heater, and shower. A public washing machine room and public kitchen is available for student use in the dormitory.

• On-campus Single Room: RMB 1200/month (1-student shared), including water bill and internet bill. Electricity bills should be paid by the student themselves.
• On-campus Double Room: RMB 600/month/person (2-student shared), including water bill and internet bill. Electricity bills should be paid by students themselves.
• Off-campus Single Room: RMB 800/month (1-student shared), including water bill. Electricity bills and Internetbill should be paid by the student themselves.
• Off-campus Double Room: RMB 400/month/person (2-student shared), including water bill. Electricity billsand Internetbillshould be paid by students themselves.Accommodation fee includes water bill and internet bill, but excludes electricity bill. Once the students decided to live in the dormitory, he or she should live at least one semester. Students should pay accommodation fees for at least 5 months when they register.
• Room Deposit: RMB 1000. It will be returned if all equipment is in good condition when students check out.
• Room Contents: Each room contains a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf, air conditioner, heater, and shower. A public washing machine room and public kitchen is available for student use in the dormitory.

• Bed set: RMB 350~550/person
• Electricity Fee Prepaid: RMB 1000. When electricity fee prepaid is not enough, the Electricity bills should be paid at the first week of the month
