MasterPROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
The law discipline of Ningbo University is the only first-class subject of Class A in Zhejiang province. Law major is the national featured major, national undergraduate comprehensive reform pilot major, provinciallevel key major, provincial-level dominant major and brand major in Ningbo. The law team is the education team of universities in Zhejiang Province. The Juris Master, approved by State Council Academic Degrees Committee, is a second-class discipline for Master degree under the first-class discipline of Law at Ningbo University. This program is aim to cultivate students to master the solid basic theory, the systematical professional knowledge and scientific research method, to have ability to innovate. They will be the research-oriented talents who can be independently engaged in the field of scientific research, teaching and other work. The students are required to master Chinese language and read Chinese document literature Proficiently. They will be familiar with Chinese law, China's national conditions, Chinese culture and be the applied, compound and multinational talents who can be independently engaged in the field of practical work.
Application Requirements
(1) Foreign citizens with a valid ordinary passport and Bachelor's degree for master's program applicants, in good physical and mental health.
(2) Foreign citizens with a valid ordinary passport and Master's degree for doctoral program applicants, in good physical and mental health.
(3) Language Proficiency:
Chinese Medium Programs
Chinese language proficiency of HSK 4 (score 210 or above) or HSK 5. If you have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree taught in Chinese in China, you may apply for exemption for HSK requirements.
English Medium Programs
Good English language proficiency. For those whose native language is not English, please provide score report of English language test (e.g. TOEFL/IELTS/others).
